Le Dr Stella Papageorgiou a fait ses études vétérinaires à Thessalonique, en Grèce, où elle a obtenu son diplôme en 2011. En 2012, elle obtient le CEAV de médecine interne des animaux de compagnie. Elle a réalisé un internat privé rotatoire au sein du CHV des Cordeliers, à Meaux, puis a fait sa résidence en neurologie au CHV ADVETIA, où elle a obtenu le diplôme ECVN en 2018. Depuis, elle exerce au CHV ADVETIA comme neurologue.
