Le docteur Kirsten Gnirs sort diplômée de l'Ecole Nationale Vétérinaire d'Alfort en 1996. Elle réalise son internat de médecine interne à Maisons-Alfort, tout comme son résidanat en neurologie-neurochirurgie avec le Docteur Stéphane Blot. Elle fût par la suite diplômée de l'European College of Veterinary Neurology (ECVN) et travaille aujourd'hui en tant que spécialiste en neurologie au CHV Advetia à Vélizy-Villacoublay
