Le Dr Théron, est diplômé d'une licence en biologie moléculaire en 2002, vétérinaire en 2007, il obtient un Master en science vétérinaire en 2008, et devient Technicien Machine à traire en 2009. Il a été praticien rural, clinicien chercheur à l'hôpital Ruminants à Liège jusqu'en 2016 et depuis 2 ans, il est responsable technique vétérinaire pour HIPRA Benelux. Ses travaux de recherche sur la mammite le pousse à intervenir quotidiennement dans des élevages à problèmes. Il est auteur de plusieurs publications et livres dont le Vade-mecum Mammites Bovines en Français.
