Virginie Lacasse est une technicienne en santé animale diplômée du Collège Lionel-Groulx depuis 2012. Elle a ensuite travaillé en clinique vétérinaire dans les petits animaux. Virginie travaille au Centre Vétérinaire Rive-Sud, un centre d'urgence et de référence sur la rive-sud de Montréal, au Québec depuis 2015. Elle s'est joint au département de dentisterie en 2016. Elle est mentor en anesthésie depuis 2017. En 2019, Virginie obtient sa certification ENTSA (examen national des techniciens en santé animale) et complète un certificat en anesthésie 'Certificate Course in Principle Techniques of Small Animal Anesthesia, Perioperative Analgesia & Critical Patient Care'. Virginie Lacasse a développé de nombreux outils afin d'améliorer l'efficacité, la sécurité et la qualité des soins au sein de son équipe.
