Le Dr Thomas Brément est diplômé d’Oniris en 2013, il obtient son doctorat en médecine vétérinaire avec sa thèse les dominantes pathologiques en psychiatrie canine en 2014. Suite à cela, il est, de 2013 à 2015, assistant hospitalier au service de dermatologie-parasitologie-mycologie de l'école vétérinaire de Nantes. Il fait sa résidence du collège européen de dermatologie vétérinaire (ECVD) entre 2016 et 2019 et est diplômé en 2019. Jusqu'en juin 2021, il était en exercice en activité référée exclusive itinérante en dermatologie, allergologie et otologie et depuis juillet 2021, il travaille en activité référée exclusive à la clinique vétérinaire TouraineVet, centre de référé à Rochecorbon (Tours) vétérinaire
