Le DV Prélaud est spécialiste en dermatologie vétérinaire, diplômé du collège européen de dermatologie vétérinaire. Il est membre du comité international d'allergologie animale (ICADA) et du forum international d'étude du prurit (IFSI)
Il travaille actuellement et depuis 2007 dans le CHV Advetia à Vélizy.
